Job description
Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Own and direct paid acquisition strategy, media investment, and performance across 30+ schools spanning Middle East, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, and Thailand to maximize qualified demand and enrolments.
- Manage media budget allocation, pacing, reforecasting, and optimization for commercial ROI while leading agency and specialist resource performance.
- Diagnose funnel performance issues from acquisition to enrolment, implement optimisation and testing, and collaborate across teams to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant hands-on performance marketing and paid media experience with ownership of acquisition and lead-generation funnels.
- Proven track record managing substantial media budgets, including allocation and reallocation to optimize commercial returns.
- Experience working with multiple markets and balancing scalable standards with local market adaptation.
- Must work from Bangalore office; willingness to travel occasionally to Middle East, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in portfolio-level paid acquisition with strong commercial judgement focused on enrolment and ROI rather than platform metrics alone.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with digital/web, CRM, and admissions teams to enhance full-funnel conversion performance.
- Capable of leading and holding agencies accountable with data-driven expectations and establishing performance marketing standards across diverse markets.
