About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and establish governance frameworks including coding standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to drive platform adoption, innovation, and support platform stability including EOL upgrades and patching.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and leadership roles.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development frameworks with deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, and custom app development.
- Location: Hyderabad or Noida; work onsite at least 3 days a week with specific timing 2 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture design and complex integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID Server, and APIs.
- Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ITIL framework compliance.
- Capable of leading teams, implementing best practices, and driving continuous service improvement in a client-focused, collaborative environment.
