About This Role
- Own and continuously improve the plant’s Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support manufacturing operations.
- Plan, design, and implement maintenance programs and coordinate repair work, safety inspections, and new equipment installations to enhance facility and equipment productivity.
- Design and build queries and reports to support business metrics, automate system functionality, and align processes with other plants to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4-7 years of total relevant experience required.
- Strong technical expertise and ownership of Maximo CMMS system; experience with SQL is mandatory.
- Work Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST; Relocation assistance provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing Maximo or similar CMMS in manufacturing or regulated industries, preferably with GxP knowledge (medical or aircraft industry).
- Typically mid-level engineering professional with a technical focus on system design, process alignment, and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Comfortable working in a global team environment, aligning local operations with global standards and participating in governance meetings.
