About This Role
- Own the technical strategy for inner-loop security across R&D, including base images, registries, and developer workflows, ensuring a governed and secure delivery path.
- Design, build, and maintain core components such as base image pipelines, registry policies, GitHub governance automation, and security tooling while working hands-on with the team.
- Lead cross-team technical initiatives, mentor engineers, write security and infrastructure standards, and apply AI/agentic systems to enhance release and security engineering workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience owning security of source-to-build platforms at scale in large engineering organizations, including repositories, images, registries, and developer tooling.
- Hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise at scale, Kubernetes, containers, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD systems, Terraform, and languages like Python or .NET.
- Understanding of SOC 2 Type 2 and FedRAMP Moderate controls related to source control and build integrity; ability to work with European time zone overlap; fluent English communication.

- Deep domain expertise in software supply chain security, SDLC security gating, and GitHub governance at organizational scale.
- Comfortable working hands-on in code while mentoring others and driving adoption of security and automation standards across teams.
