About This Role
- Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence analytics function owning the commercial fact base across Sales, Service, Installed Base, Pricing, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Drive analytics initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, increase sales productivity, and support profitable market expansion through actionable business insights.
- Lead and manage a team of process development specialists and cross-functional process development projects to achieve measurable business results.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience with leadership and managing specialist resources.
- Strong understanding of process development and business performance improvement across multiple business functions.
- Experience working across sales, service, marketing, finance, CRM, and business operations environments.
