About This Role
- Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies and organizational structures to support setting up and scaling operations.
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, development, and performance management across local and expatriate employees.
- Manage industrial relations, ensure statutory compliance, and lead HR team performance and leadership development.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent specialization.
- 10+ years of experience across all HR domains with exposure to large-scale operations, preferably in aviation or infrastructure.
- Expertise in Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations & IR, Capability Building, HR Operations & Technology.
- Strong stakeholder management experience in multicultural environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex HR operations in large-scale or multicultural organizations, ideally in aviation or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrates strategic ownership in organizational design and HR systems implementation at a business unit or group level.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional HR teams and driving industrial relations in compliance-driven environments.
