About This Role
- Lead technical strategy and execution for developing and scaling MiQ’s GenAI-powered Planning Agent, including orchestration framework and advanced features like Knowledge Graphs and guided prompting.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance usability, define technical requirements, and deliver proof-of-concepts to support product roadmaps.
- Design integration strategies and architectures to ensure seamless user experience across MiQ’s product suite and optimize Planning Agent performance and relevancy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data science solving product/business problems, statistical analysis, and programming (Python, R, SQL).
- Experience in building AI/ML solutions, ML operations frameworks, and architecting agentic AI for scalable distributed systems.
- Work Experience Required: 10 years in relevant data science and AI roles.

- Experienced in product-level GenAI solution development with a focus on agentic AI architectures and scalable deployment.
- Strong collaborator capable of working across product management and technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven ability to lead technical innovation in data science with rapid prototyping and experimentation, comfortable presenting to executive and technical leadership.
