About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams delivering scalable, resilient, and customer-centric platforms.
- Drive delivery of complex backend and frontend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern development practices.

Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years total industry experience with 5+ years in an Engineering Manager role.
- Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot backend development and frontend technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS, and SASS.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams and operating in a hybrid onshore-offshore model.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years total, 5+ years in Engineering Management.

- Senior engineering leader with strong architecture and system design expertise in enterprise platforms.
- Experienced in managing engineering managers or senior engineers and scaling team structures.
