About This Role
- Lead complex analytical initiatives to identify risks and improve decision-making for a global marketplace Trust & Risk team.
- Develop and implement quantitative measurement frameworks to monitor customer trust, transaction risk, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable business results in a high-impact environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years experience, or Master's/PhD with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
- Experience in at least two areas: Quantitative Research, Analytics, or Data Science.
- Availability for hybrid work in Bengaluru, India with meetings scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
