About This Role
- Own the full software development lifecycle of backend cloud networking solutions, from design through deployment to production support.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems and backend APIs using Java, Spring, Go, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and security.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance engineering productivity and actively troubleshoot and optimize existing services for customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in backend development and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, Go, REST API design, distributed systems, database schema design, Linux, containerization, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of daily workflows; knowledge of security principles for distributed multi-tenant systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ownership of complex backend products in cloud or networking domains, comfortable with both new development and legacy code maintenance.
- Demonstrates strong technical depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, multithreading, and scalable backend architectures.
- Able to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and adapt to AI-driven, fast-paced engineering environments.
