About This Role
- Own the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of comprehensive QA strategies including functional, non-functional, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including workload distribution, mentoring, career development, and performance management.
- Drive test automation initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align quality objectives with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of professional Quality Assurance experience with strong functional and automated testing focus.
- 1–2 years of formal people-management or combined people-management and technical leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright; experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience balancing hands-on QA execution with leadership responsibilities including mentoring and team management.
- Strong collaboration skills evidenced by cross-functional coordination and working with senior leadership on quality priorities.
- Ability to scale QA processes and define QA metrics across teams or organizations, with exposure to AI-powered productivity tools in Quality Engineering as a plus.
