About This Role
- Execute and support daily operational activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and shipment processing across multiple locations.
- Support Shift In-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, and managing operational exceptions.
- Ensure high standards of shipment accuracy, operational productivity, safety, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10th Standard pass education; 10th or higher preferred.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling; willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with familiarity using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Capable of maintaining operational discipline, managing workload during peak periods, and mentoring junior team members.
- Able to ensure compliance with safety standards, process quality, and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-volume operational environment.
