About This Role
- Own all payment transaction processing activities ensuring adherence to day-to-day and month-to-month SLAs.
- Reconcile incoming funds with customer transactions and manage wallet balances for transaction execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Customer Service, Product, Technology, Finance) to resolve payment issues, onboard clients, and improve process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience in Payment Processing, preferably with cross-border remittances.
- Must have hands-on experience with MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with a flexible holiday schedule.

- Experience working in cross-border payments or remittance environments, comfortable handling institutional, SME, and retail clients.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across diverse teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Skillful in prioritizing tasks independently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
