About This Role
- Own strategic capacity planning, staffing execution, and partner governance to meet delivery, utilization, and financial objectives.
- Lead resource allocation for billable talent across projects ensuring workforce stability and operational efficiency using automation and AI tools.
- Manage partner sourcing, negotiations, compliance, and rate structures to optimize capacity flexibility and margin targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in resource management or workforce planning.
- 3+ years experience within a professional services organization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Experience working with data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve staffing efficiency.
