About This Role
- Lead the selection, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of legal technology platforms, improving legal operational efficiency and user adoption.
- Collaborate with Legal, IT, Procurement, and other teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage legal document repositories, document signature workflows, vendor relationships, budgets, and support corporate governance and administrative functions for the Legal department.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in an in-house corporate Legal department, preferably in multinational SaaS/technology.
- Experience managing legal technology platforms such as DocuSign, SharePoint, and AI-powered contract review tools.
- Ability to work during North American Eastern time zone business hours from India.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal document management, digital signatures, and compliance with privacy, data protection, and AI governance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional technology projects between Legal, IT, and Procurement within global corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven legal technologies and practical experience integrating them into legal operations.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international setting with strong collaboration and training capabilities.
