About This Role
- Develop and maintain detailed production and shipment schedules ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage MRP and ERP systems to control work orders, expedite critical orders, and resolve work-in-process aging and shipment risks.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams; lead meetings and communicate order status to stakeholders and customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MRP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Experienced in operations planning, scheduling, capacity management, and material requirement planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions; skilled in KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
