About This Role
- Execute shipment processing including receiving, sorting, scanning, tagging, loading/unloading to ensure operational productivity and accuracy.
- Support Shift In-charge with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling exceptions, and ensuring SOP adherence.
- Maintain operational discipline and safety, support service commitments, and contribute to continuous process improvements across facilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 10th Standard pass minimum; 10th or higher qualification preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, courier, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, manual shipment handling; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication and basic computer/handheld scanner skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in shipment processing and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operationally disciplined with strong process compliance and ability to coach junior team members.
- Capable of supporting peak volume operations, operational quality checks, and process improvements in a structured logistics environment.
