About This Role
- Ensure high service uptime by monitoring and taking corrective actions across Cloud, Server, Network, Storage, and Database environments.
- Design, develop, and optimize monitoring alerts, dashboards, and infrastructure monitoring/reporting tools.
- Manage outage processes and escalations following standard procedures and collaborate with global teams on high-priority ticket resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience in IT operations or related domain.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with US and Canada teams.
- Experience or knowledge in cloud providers (AWS, GCP), Linux scripting fundamentals, and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in evening or night shifts supporting global teams.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and willingness to leverage AI-powered tools for operational efficiency.
- Capable of designing and maintaining monitoring solutions and adapting quickly to new technologies and workflows.
