About This Role
- Oversee end-to-end application support operations for critical business systems ensuring service stability and SLA adherence.
- Lead major incident management (Sev1/Sev2), incident/problem resolution, and vendor performance governance.
- Deliver operational reporting, maintain ITSM standards, and drive continuous service improvements including process automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ITSM practices including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Experience handling Sev1 and Sev2 major incidents and vendor management.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing cross-functional application support teams and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability in leveraging monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic to proactively manage application performance.
- Experience in establishing operational governance, delivering performance dashboards, and driving audit and compliance readiness.
