About This Role
- Own data extraction, transformation, and automation for Revenue Operations to support sales leadership and strategic growth.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to monitor pipeline, distributor performance, and commercial KPIs.
- Identify and implement process automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency of commercial reporting and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or related analytical roles.
- Technical proficiency required in Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar visualization tools, SQL/Power Query/Python for data manipulation, and understanding of ETL.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.

- Experienced in handling large datasets from multiple business systems to produce reliable commercial insights.
- Capable of working effectively in ambiguous and cross-functional environments supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service stakeholders.
- Proactive in leveraging new analytics, automation, and AI technologies to enhance revenue operations capabilities.
