About This Role
- Execute and oversee day-to-day shipment processing activities across service centers and hubs including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, and shipment reconciliation.
- Support shift in-charges by assisting in work allocation, coaching new employees, managing operational exceptions, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain operational productivity, shipment accuracy, safety compliance, and promote continuous improvement in operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass (higher qualification preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations with relevant shipment processing experience.
- Physically fit for standing, walking, and manual handling; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English reading and communication skills, basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application usage skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced logistics or warehouse operations professional familiar with shipment processing, scanning, and operational compliance.
- Able to support operational discipline and lead by coaching junior staff, assisting shift leads in workload management.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, shift-based environments involving manual handling, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
