About This Role
- Own and grow the insurance-related category business by collaborating with internal teams and external insurance partners.
- Monitor and analyze category commercial performance and drive strategic initiatives to improve user satisfaction and revenue.
- Define and track KPIs for partnerships and operations, leading cross-functional problem-solving for scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of direct category management experience; insurance experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, dashboard reporting, and tracking operational metrics relevant to insurance categories.
- Proven stakeholder management skills coordinating with insurer teams and internal functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing daily category operations with strong problem-solving capability in unstructured scenarios.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, Analytics, and Compliance.
- Able to maintain and negotiate with external insurance executives and internal teams to enhance category performance.
