About This Role
- Own architecture, design, and extensibility of LinkedIn's global ServiceNow platform supporting IT Operations, HR, Finance, and Workplace systems.
- Accountable for quality, scalability, and operational reliability of ServiceNow solutions including CMDB and Asset Management modules.
- Lead technical governance, optimize platform analytics, and mentor engineers on design and code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software design and development experience, including with algorithms and design patterns.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HR/TSM modules (Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Portal, Workflows, Orchestration).
- Experience with CMDB architecture, discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle ServiceNow platform architecture and operations at large scale (17,500+ users).
- Technical authority in CMDB and Asset Management governance, including SAM, ITOM, discovery, and compliance processes.
- Capable of translating strategic business goals into scalable technical solutions and guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions.
