About This Role
- Own architecture, design, and extensibility of LinkedIn's global ServiceNow platform impacting 17,500+ employees and contingent workforce.
- Lead implementation, optimization, and governance of CMDB, Asset Management, and ServiceNow modules across IT Operations, HR, Finance, and Workplace systems.
- Drive development of scalable ServiceNow solutions, including Platform Analytics and executive dashboards, while mentoring engineers and ensuring code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software design and development experience including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- 2+ years hands-on with ServiceNow HR/TSM modules (service catalogs, record producers, portals, workflows, orchestrations).
- 3+ years hands-on with CMDB architecture, discovery, normalization, reconciliation rules, and CI lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex ServiceNow platform architectures with emphasis on CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and enterprise analytics.
- Skilled in technical leadership including defining platform guardrails, reference architectures, and mentoring.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Security, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
