About This Role
- Manage and scale multiple DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure engineering teams in India, ensuring productivity and operational alignment.
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure including large-scale compute resources and managed services; drive Kubernetes platform operations and observability strategies.
- Lead FinOps initiatives for cloud cost optimization and establish engineering excellence, automation, and robust platform operations culture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 12+ years experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure with proven people management skills.
- 5+ years managing production AWS environments at scale including Amazon EKS and AWS native managed services.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD tools, scripting (Python, Shell, Go), and observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leader with experience managing multi-disciplinary DevOps teams in a global context.
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, Kubernetes, cloud cost management (FinOps), and infrastructure automation.
- Analytical problem-solver with operational discipline and focus on reliability, scalability, and security in cloud-native platform engineering.
