About This Role
- Lead the design and execution of data-driven business strategies and cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and deploy machine learning, AI, GenAI, and LLM solutions to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer analytics.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify transformation opportunities, provide technical guidance, and present analytical insights effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Business Analytics, or Strategy and Execution (via work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Strong hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, modeling, analytics, and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
- Experience developing and implementing machine learning models using tools like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and deploying AI/GenAI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering and model integration.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional analytics or transformation projects with senior stakeholders and providing mentoring or technical guidance.
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments involving product, marketing, and data engineering teams to drive scalable AI/ML solutions.
