About This Role
- Analyze longitudinal patient datasets including EMR and claims data to generate actionable insights for clients.
- Collaborate globally with stakeholders and RWA teams while supporting junior team members and managing project documentation.
- Drive process automation, apply Lean techniques, and contribute innovative ideas for improving CoE operations and analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of work experience in Patient Analytics within US Healthcare.
- Strong Japanese language skills with JLPT N2 certification or higher and proven client interaction experience.
- Proficiency in SAS, Python, R, and SQL including ability to create macros or reusable programming snippets.
- Knowledge of analytical frameworks and ability to manage competing priorities; Team management experience is a plus.
