About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense operations ensuring compliance, SLA adherence, and high-quality service delivery globally.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for SAP Concur in partnership with IT and Product teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide operational leadership including team management and escalation resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline (mandatory); MBA/postgraduate in Finance or Operations preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services with at least 5 years hands-on supporting SAP Concur.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing T&E service delivery in a multinational environment with global stakeholders.
- Work Experience Required: 8–15 years including minimum 5 years with SAP Concur expertise.

- Experienced in managing complex T&E processes within multinational companies and global distributed teams.
- Skilled in operational governance, process transformation (Lean, Six Sigma), and driving digital initiatives in SAP Concur.
