About This Role
- Manage comprehensive employee transportation programs for Bengaluru location including shuttle operations, route planning, and scheduling.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensure service quality, safety compliance, and optimize transportation operations based on data analysis.
- Coordinate daily transportation activities, handle employee queries, support special events and sustainability initiatives, and manage transportation performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in transportation coordination, fleet management, or related role.
- Proficiency in transportation scheduling tools and reporting systems; knowledge of transportation operations and safety protocols.
- Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in corporate transportation management or employee commuting programs, preferably in Bengaluru region.
- Strong skills in vendor management, route optimization, and emergency transportation coordination.
- Background in sustainable transportation planning and continuous improvement methodologies in corporate or technology company environments.
