About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product management and strategic roadmap execution for the ServiceNow platform across business, technology, and risk stakeholders.
- Drive implementation, governance, optimization, and expansion of multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, and AI capabilities.
- Oversee vendor relationships, cost management, data governance, and federated engagement ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and measurable business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, ITSM/platform engineering, or enterprise platforms.
- 5+ years of deep ServiceNow platform experience across multiple modules.
- Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations within financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, enterprise architecture, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, audit).
