About This Role
- Lead process optimization, AI adoption, and operational transformation initiatives across Technology and Global Centers.
- Partner with senior business, COO, and technology leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact automation and transformation opportunities.
- Drive GenAI adoption programs through governance, enablement, workshops, and metrics reporting to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years experience in Consulting, Transformation, Process Improvement, Technology Strategy, AI Enablement, or Operational Excellence.
- Expertise in Process Optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping, Process Mining, and automation/low-code platforms like UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years with at least 8 years relevant experience; Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Automation or AI are desirable but not mandatory.

- Strong combination of consulting-style problem solving, change leadership, and hands-on knowledge of AI and automation technologies.
