About This Role
- Design and implement scalable and robust data engineering solutions across application layers including APIs, application logic, performance, reliability, persistence, testing, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Mentor junior team members and uphold best practices by producing high-quality code and participating in agile ceremonies to drive team goals.
- Collaborate with global technologists and business users throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to design and deliver cloud-ready, microservices-based applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of total work experience with at least 4 years in Core Java, Java Restful APIs, Gradle/Maven, Spring, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA).
- Strong experience with Microservices architecture, server-side J2EE technologies, databases (PostgreSQL / MS SQL Server / DB2) including complex SQL, Linux environments, and DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Work Location: Bangalore; No visa sponsorship provided; No government clearance required.

- Experienced in building highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices and cloud or cloud-ready applications with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments and utilizing Agile software tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Demonstrates ability to lead innovation, manage communication with end users, and mentor less experienced engineers in a global, advisory-led team environment.
