About This Role
- Prepare and maintain fund performance reports, quarterly and client reports, and operational reports including fee calculations and investor communications.
- Manage investor communication platforms like Intralinks and Investran, ensuring timely distribution of NAV statements, capital call, and distribution notices.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to guarantee accuracy of reporting and collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve queries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in client reporting, fund administration, fund operations, real estate operations, or related financial services roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with investment management platforms such as Intralinks and Investran preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in relevant financial service functions.
