About This Role
- Support development and execution of product strategy and roadmap for Chase Travel Services.
- Analyze product performance metrics and collaborate across functions to drive solution discovery and successful product launches.
- Write detailed requirements and manage Agile processes with a focus on API-first product portfolio and AI toolsets.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or relevant domain area.
- Developing knowledge of product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition.
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing scalable, high-performance API products in a cloud environment, preferably with AI operationalization experience.
- Comfortable working in Agile frameworks and managing sprint backlogs, trade-offs, and Definition of Ready (DoR) processes.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business/customer needs into technical requirements and user stories.
