About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver tailored analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics for clients, including implementation and migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA.
- Architect cross-channel measurement frameworks across web, mobile, and offline data; validate implementations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage multiple client engagements with senior-level interaction, integrating analytics with Adobe Experience Cloud products to address key business use cases.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in web/digital analytics or related field.
- Practical experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform including Web SDK and Tags (Launch).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills and understanding of web/data layer protocols; experience with HTML and JSON.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics migration and advanced Adobe Experience Platform technical configurations.
- Capable of managing complex client engagements with both technical implementation and strategic digital/data solution advisory roles.
- Technical proficiency extends to light development skills (JavaScript) and integration with broader marketing technology stacks (Adobe Experience Cloud).
