About This Role
- Lead and develop SAP Basis and ABAP/Fiori teams handling capacity, resource allocation, and removal of delivery impediments.
- Ensure reliability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of SAP platforms including complex issue troubleshooting and technical decision-making.
- Own SAP change, release, and DevOps processes with continuous improvement and coordination across teams and service providers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in SAP Basis and Technology operations within large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC operations and change, transport, and release management.
- Experience with Solution Manager ChaRM and knowledge of agile delivery tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in SAP Basis and Technology operations.
