About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of complex, cross-functional AI-native platform features from architecture to production operations.
- Build and integrate AI capabilities including LLM-driven workflows, agentic patterns, and evaluation pipelines with reliability and governance.
- Drive AI tool adoption across development lifecycle and maintain production quality via defect triage, release readiness, and gate reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership at staff level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or relevant languages and strong system design skills.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based features including prompt design and context management.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant secure software delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership for AI-native product development on platform environments like ServiceNow or similar.
- Skilled in operationalizing agentic AI architectures and AI governance with cross-team alignment capability.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into scoped delivery plans while mentoring senior engineers and setting engineering standards.
