About This Role
- Lead development of complex software features and influence architectural decisions across Tekion’s platforms.
- Design and build scalable, high-performance distributed systems and cloud-native services to support business growth.
- Mentor junior engineers, enforce code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical challenges in production and development.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7 years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
