About This Role
- Ensure accurate and timely data flows for regulatory reporting by analyzing derivatives and SFT product data across systems within CITI.
- Lead documentation and gap assessment of end-to-end data flows, mapping current and target states for critical data elements.
- Design and implement data governance controls, automate manual processes, and prepare detailed specifications for data transformations and validations.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of combined experience in banking, financial services, IT, data controls, or governance.
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of capital markets, especially Derivative products (Equities, FX, IRS, Commodities) and SFT (Repo, Reverse Repo, Securities Lending/Borrowing).
- Strong technical skills including Excel, SQL, Python, Pyspark, and experience with data management and lineage tools.
- Work Experience Required: 13+ years in relevant fields.

- Experienced in capital markets data analysis and regulatory reporting with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools (AutoML, Python libraries) and GenAI/LLMs for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
- Capable of translating complex data flows into clear documentation and strategic data governance solutions.
