About This Role
- Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, product rollout into production, and recommend solutions and improvements.
- Conduct complex process monitoring, product evaluations, audits, report issues, and drive enhancements to software development standards and quality procedures.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives including root cause analysis, quality metrics reporting, risk identification, and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on experience in Core Java and test automation frameworks like Cucumber, TestNG, Junit.
- Strong backend automation testing experience covering API, message-based, and database testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium, DevOps tools (Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, Jenkins), SQL, Linux, and version control.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Work Experience Required: 8+ years.
