About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities within the Technology team, focusing on Java Full Stack and Oracle development.
- Partner with management to integrate functions, identify, and implement system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes, ensuring application design aligns with architectural standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of application development and leadership experience in financial services with hands-on Full Stack Java and Oracle skills.
- Proven experience with ETD clearing workflows, post-trade processing systems, and integration with books and records platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, Scrum, JIRA, and cloud-native development principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the ability to coach mid-level developers and allocate work effectively.
- Deep expertise in clearing workflows and complex system integrations within financial services, especially ETD clearing.
- Capable of quickly adjusting priorities and applying advanced technical and business process knowledge to deliver innovative solutions.
