About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of Prime Brokerage solutions across FX and Equities using cloud-native technologies and CI/CD workflows focusing on consolidation, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with FX Prime Brokerage trading, Quants and Product teams to translate Payments needs into data-driven technology solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide 3rd line support for production systems, and contribute to best practices and process improvements within the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline.
- 10+ years of software engineering and development experience with strong understanding of computer systems.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring framework, ultra-low-latency development, and AI coding tools (e.g., Devin, Claude code, Codex) used in production applications.
- Proven skills in SQL/Databases, Messaging technologies (Kafka, Solace, MQ), and caching technologies; experience with FX systems highly preferred.

- Proven ability to build new systems, replace legacy systems, and enhance existing infrastructure in a scalable, automated environment.
