About This Role
- Perform cash application activities including lockbox payments, wire payments, refunds, cash deposits, and payment allocations for Wiley Global.
- Respond to standard customer payment queries and coordinate chargeback queries to ensure timely resolution and avoid penalties.
- Ensure accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting of cash applications and compliance with SLAs, KPIs, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 1 to 3 years of Shared Service accounting experience.
- Mandatory SAP experience and good knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
