About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions including dashboards and reports.
- Translate business and clinical needs into technical specifications and actionable insights to influence strategic decision-making.
- Define and enforce data standards and validation frameworks to ensure data quality, compliance, and improve analytics scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS / R / Python, AI/ML, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and clinical data standards relevant to pharma context.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Work Experience Required: Significant experience in data analytics and clinical data domains with proven track record of leading analytics initiatives and managing complex datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating at the interface of technical analytics and business translation, capable of stakeholder engagement to influence decisions.
- Strong functional knowledge of clinical programmes, data governance, and regulatory compliance in pharma.
- Ability to drive standardization, process improvements, and introduce new analytical technologies including AI/ML methods.
