About This Role
- Accountable for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and test suites integrated with continuous integration tools.
- Conduct white box testing at the unit and component level to identify code quality issues and improve performance and maintainability.
- Conduct performance, load, security, and service virtualization testing and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of results.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or other Technical degree; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software testing, coding, designing, and development.
- Experience with automation frameworks and continuous integration tools required (e.g., Selenium, Java, Unit Testing, CI environments).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has experience developing automated testing strategies across multiple environments and frameworks, ideally with 4+ years experience.
- Operates comfortably within Agile software development lifecycle stages, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates moderate to advanced skills in programming languages and tools such as Java, Selenium, C#, Python, as well as testing and CI/CD tools.
