About This Role
- Lead the strategic operation and maintenance of the region’s digital building portfolio with focus on integrating BMS, LMS, and IoT technologies into a centralized cloud platform.
- Manage cybersecurity compliance, ensure adherence to Client Digital Building Standards, and oversee full lifecycle of digital assets including hardware deployment and performance optimization.
- Drive digital strategy, lead system onboarding and integration, manage technical projects and vendor coordination, and provide escalation support for BOS integration issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology is preferred (equivalent practical experience and certifications considered).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience focusing on smart building technologies, BMS integration, or facility IT operations.
- Strong technical expertise in BOS/Smart Building technology stack, IoT integration, cloud communication platforms like Clearblade, and data ontology mapping.
- On-site work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Scheduled weekly hours: 48 hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving digital transformation within facility management by bridging technical and operational teams, especially with IT and FM collaboration.
- Technically skilled in BMS, HVAC, Lighting Control Systems, and network protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) with strong cybersecurity awareness in OT/IoT environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage OEM/vendor relations, and optimize performance using data analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
