About This Role
- Support Regional Account Director and onsite FM teams in regional business, operational, and financial decisions including risk mitigation and financial advice.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, reporting, and financial KPI monitoring for the regional portfolio covering both Opex and Capex.
- Lead and develop the onsite Finance team; oversee financial processes, data accuracy, audit readiness, and cost-saving initiatives at the regional level.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of finance experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Experience with global finance projects or programs is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing regional finance functions with a mix of operational and strategic responsibilities in a service-oriented environment.
- Skilled in stakeholder management including negotiation with internal and external parties at various levels.
- Capable of leading finance teams, driving process improvements, and handling complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles.
