About This Role
- Provide day-to-day operations support including process case creation, backup attachment, and financial research.
- Conduct complex assignments involving in-depth investigation, basic analysis, and workflow management to support a wide range of products and services.
- Communicate critical information to senior management and support mitigation of organizational risks while ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a business office or operational environment within banking and financial services.
- Graduation or Post Graduation degree.
- Proficient in complex databases, spreadsheets, and mathematical skills.
- Willingness to work night shift.
