About This Role
- Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, focusing on Java and Big Data technologies.
- Analyze complex problems, conduct feasibility studies, and manage all development phases including design, construction, testing, and implementation while providing user and operational support.
- Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance software development productivity, quality, and delivery speed, and evaluate emerging technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Framework/Spring Boot; experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Databricks.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices, event-driven architecture, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and implementing software development projects with strong consulting/project management skills.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision and able to advise or coach junior analysts.
- Skilled in integrating AI-assisted development tools and automating development, testing, and operational processes using AI-driven solutions.
