About This Role
- Develop and construct mathematical models for slot and instant-win games, including pay tables, probability models, and simulations to define return to player, volatility, and hit frequency.
- Analyze game performance and player behavior to refine game mechanics and optimize game outcomes using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA teams to integrate, test, debug, and validate mathematical models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in game mathematics or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of probability theory, statistics, combinatorics, and simulation tools such as Python, C++, or Excel.
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Work Experience Required: Proven experience in game mathematics or a similar role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering mathematically sound gaming projects, ideally with exposure to Class II games.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally in multidisciplinary game development environments.
